At Fit Services, we strive to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable repair services for your home and commercial appliances. However, we understand that situations may arise where you are not fully satisfied. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our technicians.

  • The service was not delivered as agreed (e.g., technician did not show up or incomplete service).
  • There is a genuine service failure or defect reported within 48 hours of completion.
  • You have been wrongly charged or paid for a service that was canceled in advance (minimum 24 hours notice required)
  • Trained and insured technicians ensuring safety, quality, and timely service

02. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The issue was caused by incorrect or faulty customer-provided parts or appliances.
  • Service was completed as per scope but the customer changed their mind afterward.
  • Misuse, mishandling, or external damage voids service eligibility
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before scheduled service).

03.Refund Process

  • You must provide:
  • Invoice or booking ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant photos or videos (if applicable)
  • Once the claim is validated, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
